Michael Ruffin is a retired professional basketball player who was born on January 21, 1977, in Denver, Colorado. He played college basketball at the University of Tulsa before being selected by the Chicago Bulls in the second round of the 1999 NBA Draft.
Ruffin played as a power forward/center in the NBA for various teams, including the Bulls, Philadelphia 76ers, Utah Jazz, Milwaukee Bucks, and Washington Wizards. He was known for his defensive skills, shot-blocking ability, and rebounding.
